Kortom digitale media is de toekomst!
Je kan er alles meedoen wat je maar wil. Je eigen websites, blogs, .. creëren.
Websites aanpassen door de codes te veranderen. Foto’s uploaden. Plaatsten terugvinden. Een nieuwe technologie is nu ook google streetview. Hiermee kun je alle huizen bekijken.

Shift happens - Globalization

° Wist je dat de hoofd export in india niet langer meer edelstenen en sieraden zijn? Neen dit is veranderd naar ‘menselijk kapitaal’. Dit komt omdat mensen in India hoogopgeleid zijn, en zij worden vaak gevraagd in Amerika of Europa om daar te gaan werken!

° Wist je dat 1 op 4 werknemers liever communiceren via email dan face to face?
Dit vind ik wel zeer raar! Het is toch veel makkelijker om iemand aan te spreken face to face! Zo kan je veel meer gedaan krijgen, en zie je alle reacties! Via email vind ik onformeel.

° Wist je dat tijdens deze sessie, die 6 minuten duurt, er 60 baby's in US, 244 baby's in China en 351 baby's in India worden geboren? Dit zijn in totaal 655 baby's!!

That’s means how you say something. The meaning behind something she/he says.
For example; when you say I LOVE TECHNOLOGY it means that you enjoy learning about technology.

What’s the web?
It’s a huge document storage.
HTML is a semantic that explains the document for you!

We want to make the internet better, but how?
The answer lies in semantics. The computers doesn’t get the meaning behind the webpages that they’re showing us. Weil they may understand the semantics, they are lost on them. Now if we can get the computers to recognize what’s in a webpage they can learn what we’re intressted in, and if they know this, they can help us with the content of it.

Semantics isn’t about the future, but about TODAY
